La saison du rut !

Ce sont les premiers signes de l’arrivée du temps frais, de l’hiver au Québec, Canada. Pour moi c’est le meilleur temps de l’année. Pour un photographe animalier les combats de buck, le marquage du territoire, la perte de leurs velours, l’accouplement sont en outre des scènes que j’aime bien immortaliser. Le tout sous un spectacle de feuillage multicolore. Un décor unique se produisant qu’une fois dans l’année ! Voici quelques  photos prisent dans la région des Laurentides en novembre 2014.

The rutting season !

They are the first signs of the arrival of fresh and cool weather before winter in Québec, Canada. For me it’s the best time of the year. For a wildlife photographer, the marking of the territory, the loss of their velvet, the mating are some of the scenes and stages which I like to immortalize. A snow under a multicolored foliage. A unique set occurring once a year ! Here’s some photos taken in the Lauentian region in November 2014.
